Cards We Accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as credit or debit. Prepaid cards work as long as the balance covers the whole order. All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.
How Your Card Is Handled
Card details are typed into a secure field hosted by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor, and travel straight to them over an encrypted connection. The numbers never pass through or rest on a Prairie Fill server, and we cannot see them.
When You Are Charged
Your card is charged once, when you place the order. There are no subscriptions, no saved cards, and no recurring billing. Your receipt is emailed as soon as the payment clears.
What We Do Keep
Only what is needed to ship and support the order: your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought. See our privacy policy for the details.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the card that paid, and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Our 30-day return policy covers when a refund applies.
Not Currently Offered
We do not take PayPal, checks, cash on delivery, or purchase orders through the website. Buying in quantity or need to pay another way? Get in touch and we will work it out directly.
