How returns work for unopened buckwheat hull orders and how to start a request.
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your buckwheat hull purchase. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Original Condition
To be eligible for a return, the buckwheat hulls must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the personal nature of bedding and fill materials, we cannot accept returns of used or opened hulls for hygienic reasons.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
