By using the Prairie Fill website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products
We provide premium, loose-fill buckwheat hulls. Because it is a natural agricultural product, slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal. Small amounts of natural dust may be present. We do not provide finished pillows, covers, or liners.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Prairie Fill shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our products. Your use of our fill for bedding, upholstery, or crafts is at your own discretion.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota.
